2、rugdesigntothemostrelevantsitesofaprotein.Itappliestotheentireproteome;itspredictionscomewithareliabilityscore;anditsresultstypicallyreachsignificanceinmostproteinfamilieswith20ormoresequencehomologs.Inordertoidentifyfunctionalhotspots,ETscansamultiplesequencealignmentforresiduevariat
