5、AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofglobaleconomyandglobalization,cross-culturalcommunicationhasalsobecomemoreandmorefrequent.Translationplaysaveryimportantroleinthecommunicativeactivities.Itisthroughtranslationthatdifferentculturescancometounderstandeachother,andtran

6、slationenrichestheculturethatinvolved.Idiomsareanindispensablepartoflanguageandidiomsareexpressive.Chineseidioms,whichcarryrichinformationofChinesecharacteristicsandChineseparticularculture,areaspecialforminChinese.Chineseidiomshavediversedforms.Therearefour-charac
