5、terofrecommendationonofficialletterheadfromtheprofessor,departmentchairman,orofficialoftheeducationalinstitutionyouarecurrentlyattendingorlastattended.Renewalsareconsideredonanindividualbasisandarenotautomatic;e.Studentsapplyingtograduateschoolneedtohavebeenacceptedbytheinstitutioninordertoha
