2、s.TheFrenchversionofthispageexplainstheproceduresforOffice2003.The"OutofOffice"featureisnormallydesignedtoworkwithaMicrosoftExchangeServer,howevertheemailservicethatusuallycomeswithyourinternetserviceisaPOP3system.Takingthatintoaccount,wewillcreateanemailtemplate,andapplyaruletoit.Theinstructionsma

3、yseemabitlong,buttheyaresimpletofollow.Yourcomputermustbeonandconnectedtotheinternetandoutlookmustalsostayonfortheauto-replytowork.Consequently,thismethodwillonlyrunwithaninternetservicethatisalwaysconnectedsuchasaCableorADSLconnection.1.CreatingthereplymessageusinganofficetemplateThefirststepconsi
