6、hesystem摘要本研究论文选取以螺杆泵作为采油方式的抽油井作为对象,以地面驱动螺杆泵井的工作状况作为研究的主要重点,借助辽河油田曙光采油厂测试的各种参数,以正常生产数据为判断条件对螺杆泵抽油井的工作状况进行分析和判断。首先,本文对螺杆泵采油井的测试系统的硬件设备进行了研究提出了基本实现功能和主要技术指标的相关要求。其次,建立了地面驱动螺杆泵井工况诊断计算模型,同时,对螺杆泵井故障类型分为井下泵故障、抽油杆故障和油管故障,并细分为11种。然后,对故障诊断方法分别从传统诊断方法、特征曲线对照法和综合诊断法进行了分析,绘制了地面驱动螺杆泵工况综合诊断法程序框图,另外,对电机工况
7、和螺杆泵井系统效率进行了相应研究,为日常研究和现场应用打下了坚实基础。依据以上研究成果,开发完成了螺杆泵井工况分析配套软件。最后,选取了辽河油田公司曙光采油厂五口具有代表性的螺杆泵井进行了现场应用检验和效果分析,通过现场试验进一步验证了本文研究的可行性和必要性,初步证明了本课题研究成果的实践价值。关键字:螺杆泵;工况诊断;系统效率ThemaincontentsandmethodsInthispaper,grounddrivescrewshaftconditiondiagnosedonresearchpr
