1、论文题目：我国劳动力就业中的性别歧视与对策研究学 号：学生姓名：专业班级：学 院：系 别：专业:完成日期：指导老师：18摘要在当前市场经济条件下，劳动力市场逐渐开放和成熟，但我们看到，近年来，就业歧视现象在我国十分突出。用人单位在招聘人员时会提出种种诸如性别、年龄、学历等要求，而女性在就业中所遭遇的性别歧视现象尤为明显，我国女性在就业问题上则越来越处于弱势地位。本文通过了解女性就业的漫长历程，阐述了女性在参与社会劳动中所遭遇的性别歧视问题，多侧面地分析了造成这些问题的原因，主要是与传统观念的偏见、法律、法规制定和实施的不完善以及市场经济的不发达有关，并借鉴国际相关经验，
2、从法律、经济、文化观念，乃至技术革新等整个社会经济系统环境视角提出一系列对策与建议，保障女性就业。文章说明女性在参与社会劳动中所遭遇性别歧视虽然在经济体制改革的过程中不可避免，但是为了推动社会进步的经济体制改革，有利于女性的长远利益和根本利益，保护女性在就业中不受歧视仍然非常重要。关键词：就业，性别歧视，女性，平等，社会保障18ABSTRACTInconditionofcurrentmarketeconomy,labourmarketisgraduallyopenandgrownup.Butduringthecourseofmywork,Ifindsomecompaniesu
