3、ctionofoftheproducts.Inviewofindustrialproduction,theoperatingconditions—extremenarrowparticlesizehighestdegreeofmaturityisfoundinhightemperaturedistributions.Narrowparticlesizedistributionsareprocessesworkingunderambientpressure.Forprod-obtained,becauseparticleformationinplasmasyn-
