1、I.INTRODUCTIONInelectronicwarfare,electronicsupportmeasureANovelPuseTOAAnalysis(ESM)receiversplayacentralrolebyinterceptingsignalsfromtheenvironmenttheyaredeployedinandTechniqueforRadarmeasuringtheirphysicalparameters.Amongtheseparametersthetimeofarrival(TOA)isperhapstheIdentificationmostimportant

2、becausenotallelectronicwarfare(EW)receiverscanmeasureotherssuchastheangleofarrival,frequency,etc.Furthermore,theaccuracyofmeasurementofTOAisusuallymuchbetterthananyotherparameter.ForpulsedemitterstheobservedP.S.RAY,Member,IEEETOAdataarediscretevaluesforeachindividualDefenceScienceandTechnologyOrga

3、nisationemitterdefiningitscharacteristicpulsetrain.TheAustraliaprocessingofthedataforsortingthepulsespresentintoindividualemittersisknownasdeinterleaving.InpracticeusuallyalibraryofknownemittersisusedAnewprocessingtechniqueispresentedforidentifyingforfurtheridentification.Itisworthwhilenotingthata

4、lthoughsomestudiesexistintheopenliteratureindividualpulsetrainsinabufferloadofpulsetime-of-arrivalatthesystemlevel[l],verylittleinformationis(TOA)datafromradarwarningreceiversetscurrentlyinuseforavailableonalgorithmicdevelopmenttodealwiththeelectronicwarfare(EW).Themethodisbasedonthenumericaldeint

5、erleavingproblem.characteristicsofthematrixofthedifferencesoftheTOAdataIfoneweretodeinterleaveonlyonthebasisofthepoints.Inparticular,forauniformpulserepetitioninterval(PRI)recordedTOAdataset,themethodatdisposalwouldemitter,thismatrixisasymmetricalharmonicToeplitzmatrixthebetodrawallpossibleconclus
