4、shaft拖起带轮，抽出轮轴。3.Liftoutthesheavesandremoveit搬出轿顶反带轮。4.Removeallthepiecesfromthetopofthecar从轿顶拆下所有反带轮零部件。1.PlacethenewpartsintheTOC.Checkthatyouhavealltheparts将新的零件防于轿顶，检查是否齐全。2.Placethesheaves将反带轮安装到位。3.Givealightcoatattheextremesoftheandintroduceit搬运装配时，进行必要的包裹防

5、护。4.InstallthekeeperLockingPlate安装定位板。5.BesurethattheBeltGuardisintherightplace确认带槽位置正确。6.IntroducetheCollar套好固定套。7.IntroducetheSpringWasherandthecasttlelatedNut装好弹簧垫圈和锁母。8.Applytorqueuntil275N*m紧固扭矩为275N*mTOOLING：DynamometerTool专用工具：力矩检测工具1.TrytointroducetheCotto

6、rPin,ifdoesn’tlineupwiththeholeintheshaft,gobackoffthenutuntilyoufindthehole插装开口销，如果无法插入轴孔，则向外转动锁母，将轴孔对出。2.InstalltheDustCover装好轿顶防尘盖。3.RemovetheRailGrabbers拆除导轨夹。4.Powerup送电。5.Removecounterweightblocking拆除对重垫块。6.Checkterminations:makesureequaltension检查曳引带绳头杆：确保张力
