5、fthefractionofneutronscausingfission,Ontheotherhanditisalsowellknownthat,underspe-Eftheenergyreleaseperfission.Insertingtypicalnumbersgivesabeampower≈1(1−k)P.Thecificconditions,aneutronpopulationmaybemultiplied2thhighpowernatureoftherequiredacceleratoristhusthrougha
6、fissionprocess,whichisthebasisofthenuclearreadilyapparentbyconsideringatypical100MWthreactor.Inthecaseofacriticalreactorwithacriticalas-experimentalreactor.semblythereisanequilibriumbetweentheincreaseduetomultiplicationandthelosses,leadingtoasteadystatewithThecons
