3、turecomposedofametal-insulator-metal(MIM)buswaveguideandaside-coupledresonatorwasinvestigated.Itisfoundthatthetransmissionfeaturescanberegulatedbythecavitywidthandcouplingdistance.Electromagneticallyinducedtransparency(EIT)-liketransmissioncanbeexcitedbyaddinganidenticalresonatoronthepre-e

4、xistingstructure.Combiningtheforegoingtheoreticalanalysiswithcoupledmodetheory(CMT),theformationprocessoftheEIT-liketransmissionwasdetailedlyanalyzed.EIT-liketransmissioncanalsobeexcitedinplasmonicstructurewithtwodetunedresonators.Byalteringthestructureparameters,thetransparencywindowcanbe
