2、PERIMENTALRESULTSCONTENTINTRODUCTIONWhatisThree-LevelDC/DCConverter?Three-Level,PowerFactorCorrectionandSoftSwitchingarethehotspotsonpowerelectronics.Ontheonehand,thePowerFactorCorrection(PFC)stageisanimportantstageforthefuturegenerationofthree-phasedistributedpo

3、wersystemsformediumpowerapplicationsbecauseoftheIEC61000-3-2ClassAstandard.TheThree-Phasesingle-switchBOOSTrectifierisaninterestingoptionforthisAPFCstage,becauseitcomplywiththeaforementionedstandardwithsimplicity,efficiency,reliability,andlowcost.However,inordert

4、oreducetheharmonicsdistortioninthisconverter,itsinputtooutputcharacteristichastobeincreased.Therefore,inatwo-stageAC/DCconverter,thisincrementalsoincreasesthevoltagestressintheDC/DCstep-downconverter.Insomeconditionsthevoltagestresscanbeevenupto1000v.In1992,J.R.P

5、inheiroandIvoBarbiproposedtheseriesswitchesThree-LevelDC/DCconverters(TLDC/DCconverter)sothatitcanreducethevoltagestresstohalfofinputvoltage.Ontheotherhand,inordertoreducetheconvertervolume,powersupplyshouldachievehighfrequency.Withtheimprovementofoperatingfreque
