1、·208·SurgResNTechVol.4No.3Sep，2015肺癌术后肺康复研究进展谈宇龙（综述），陈晓峰（审校）复旦大学附属华山医院胸外科，上海200040[摘要]随着人类生活方式的改变、城市化、工业化建设的发展，肺癌成为了癌症中第一高发病种。针对肺癌的治疗，目前国内外仍是以手术切除作为一线的治疗方式。肺癌手术方式的进展，也从最初的开胸术往微创手术胸腔镜发展；切除范围从肺全叶切除变化到到肺叶切除、肺段切除、肺楔形切除多种方式。近年来以肺康复锻炼治疗为代表，越来越多的综合治疗手段可以用来促进肺癌手术患者的术后康复。围术期有多种因素影响术后肺功能康复水平，术前评估肺功能，术中采用低创性
