4、archworkdoneintheana-groundingintervalsandthecouplingbetweenneutralandphaselyticalaspectislimited.Anattempttoanalyticalpredictionofconductors.Thispaperconductsanalyticalstudiesonthephe-temporaryovervoltageswasmadein[11]recently,butthestudynomenaoftemporaryovervoltageandGPRassociatedwithMGNwasconfine
