4、imulatethedehydrationprocessofwastesofvegetablefromawholesalemarketinarotarydryerisproposed.Thedryerwasdividedinto10sectionsandmassandenergybalanceswereestablishedineachofthem.Theresultshavebeenvalidatedinasemi-industrialdryer.Themodelpredictsairandproductmoistureandtemperaturedependingon
