1、教学常规自查报告教学常规自查查报告范文一：“常规稳稳校”是我校办学思路的一一项基础工作。常规教学工作作做好了，才能使学校稳步发发展。一直以来，我校没有放放松要求，没有降低标准。每每个学期都有创新性地、更有有效地做好教学常规工作。此此次自查工作，我们从东教字字[XX]54号文件《东方方市教育局关于对城区小学教教学常规管理进行检查评估的的通知》下发后，严格按照文文件精神，对照《东方市小学学教学常规管理检查评价表》》的评估量化标准，我们开展展了认真的、逐项的自查，结结果各项得分累计为：99分分（其中自查报告得3分；得得11分；教案得12分；授授课得17分；作业得12分分；考试得
