2、edonlyin15-17thcc.(andespeciallybyScaligerandPetavius)asaresultofattemptstoconstructtheglobalchronologyofEuropeandAsiaatthattime.TheresultsofourinvestigationshowthatmodernversionofEnglishhistory(whichisinfactaslightlymodernizedversionof15-16thcc.),wasartificiallyprolongedbackwardandbecamemuchmorelo

3、ngasitwasinreality.TherealhistoryofEngland,asitwasreflectedinwrittendocuments,wasmuchmoreshort.Thesameistrueforothercountries.Incorrectversion,ancientandmedievalEnglisheventsaretobetransferredtotheepochwhichbeginsfrom9-10thcc.Moreover,manyoftheseeventsprovetobethereflectionsofcertaineventsfromrealB

4、yzantine-Romanhistoryof9-15thcc.Consequently,theGreatBritainEmpireisadirectsuccessorofmedievalByzantineEmpire.ThiseffectforEnglishhistorycorrespondstothesimilar"shorteningeffects"fortraditionalhistoriesofothercountries(Italy,Greece,Egypt,Russiaetc.).Sucheffectswerediscoveredearlierbytheauthors(seeo

5、urpreviouspublications).Adiscussionofthewholeproblemofglobalchronologyandahistoryofthisproblemonecanfindin[1],[24].Englishhistoryisnotanexemptionfromthe"rule".Wedonotthinkthatallspeculationswhicharesuggestedherearefinalones.Surely,theyaresubjecttofurthercorrectionsandclarification.Nevertheless,theg
