2、加烟气再循环系统、改进选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝系统等改造措施,在额定负荷下,使NOx最终排放质量浓度从100mg/m3降低到50mg/m3以内;主蒸汽温度升高了20℃,达到设计温度;床温和炉膛出口温度下降了50℃;氨逃逸量略有增加,但可以控制在8mg/m3以内;锅炉效率基本不变。同时,针对改造后空气预热器出口CO质量浓度偏高的问题,通过燃烧优化试验得出,在不同负荷下应该合理选择再循环烟气量,且上层二次风门开度均设置为100%,下层二次风门开度设置为中间大,两边小,有利于锅炉合理运行。[关键词]CFB锅炉;低氮燃烧;超低排放;二次风系统;烟气再循环;燃烧优化[中图分类
