5、nsights■ThechangingregionalsettinghasincreasedANZUS’valuetobothAustraliaandtheUnitedStates.However,ANZUShasemergingfaultlinesthatneedtobeaddressed,andpolicyideas.includingtheriskthatAustralia’sandAmerica’sstrategicobjectivesmightdiverge.TheAustralianGovernmentandcorporatepartnersBoral,Dow,NewsCorp
6、Australia,andNorthropGrummanAustraliasupporttheprogram’ssecondAustraliahasamajorinterestinthestabilityoftheUSAsianalliancenetworkandbroaderregionalphase,whichcommencedinJuly2015andisfocusedonthefollowingweb.ThetransformationoftheUSAsianalliancenetworkbeyondahub-and-spokeframeworkcoreresearchareas:
7、defenceandsecurity;resourcesustainability;allianceisdrivenbyshiftingpowerrelativities,particularlyChina’sriseandassertiveregionalbehaviour.ItsystemsinAsia;andtrade,investment,andbusinessinnovation.isalsopartofabroaderregionaltransformation,withaflurryoflinkagesnotinvolvingtheUnitedTheAlliance21Pro
