3、culations.WewillrefertothePCARectangularConcreteTanksdesignmanualasPCA-R,andthecirculartankdesignmanualasPCA-C.Anadditionalsafetyfactorisusedfortheloadscalledthe“SanitationCoefficient”,wewilldenoteitwithSCforbrevity.Notethatthisnotationisnotanindustrystandard.Thep
