2、算机技术及图像视频压缩为核心的新型视频监控系统，该系统解决了模拟系统部分弊端而迅速崛起，但仍需进一步完善和发展。目前，视频监控系统正处在数控模拟系统与数字系统混合应用并将逐渐向数字系统过渡的阶段。本次设计的图像采集系统是一种具有远程监控功能的实时图像采集系统；本设计使用微处理器ARM9TDMI体系结构的主流芯片S3C2440A作为系统控制器核心，系统的控制工作完全由一片控制芯片完成，在节省成本的前提下完成更多的功能集成。控制器通过USB接口的CMOS图像传感器实时采集图像视频信息，并将采集到的图
