3、INVESTMENTPROCESS1.TheFundteamwillconsistoftwoportfoliomanagersanduptotenequityanalysts(pleaseseeselectionprocessbelow).2.Theanalystteamwillassumecoverageoftenequitysectors:Energy,Financials,Industrials,ConsumerDiscretionary,ConsumerStaples,Materials,InformationTech

4、nology,HealthCare,Utilities,andTelecommunicationServices.3.Theanalystteamwillmakeinvestmentrecommendations(Buy/Hold/Sell)totheportfoliomanagementteam;investmentrecommendationswillbebasedonresearchreportsthatwillincludeatargetshareprice.4.Followingpresentationofaninv

5、estmentrecommendation,theportfoliomanagementteamwilldetermineanappropriateinvestmentactionandsubmititsdecisiontotheFacultyAdvisorforapprovalandexecution.5.Analystswilltracktheoutcomeofeachrecommendationbasedonthecorrespondingequitysectorandindustrybenchmark.6.Portfo

6、liomanagersandanalystswillassumetheirrespectiveresponsibilitiesforaperiodofatleast12months.7.Incaseswhereanalystsgraduatefromtheirrespectiveacademicprogramspriortocompletingthe12-monthtermwiththeFund,theportfoliomanagementteamwilladvertiseopenanalystandportfoliomana
