2、MSANDCONDITIONSBEFOREUSINGTHISPROGRAM.USINGTHISPROGRAMINDICATESYOURACCEPTANCEOFTHESETERMSANDCONDITIONS.Theenclosedproprietaryencodedmaterials,hereinafterreferredtoastheLicensedProgram(s),arethepropertyofCOADEandareprovidedtoyouunderthetermsandconditionsofthisLicenseAg
3、reement.YouassumeresponsibilityfortheselectionoftheappropriateLicensedProgram(s)toachievetheintendedresults,andfortheinstallation,use,andresultsobtainedfromtheselectedLicensedProgram(s).LICENSEGRANTInreturnforthepaymentofthelicensefeeassociatedwiththeacquisitionoftheL
4、icensedProgram(s)fromCOADE,COADEherebygrantsyouthefollowingnon-exclusiverightswithregardtotheLicensedProgram(s):1.UseoftheLicensedProgram(s)ononemachine.UndernocircumstancesistheLicensedProgramtobeexecutedwithoutaCOADEExternalSoftwareLock(ESL)orproperlyauthorizedsoftw
5、arelocklicense.2.TotransfertheLicensedProgram(s)andlicenseittoathirdpartyifthethirdpartyacknowledgesinwritingitsagreementtoaccepttheLicensedProgram(s)underthetermsandconditionsofthisLicenseAgreement;ifyoutransfertheLicensedProgram(s),youmustatthesametimeeithertransfer
6、allcopieswhetherprintedorinmachine-readableformtothesamepartyordestroyanycopiesnotsotransferred;therequirementtotransferand/ordestroycopiesoftheLicensedProgram(s)containedormergedintootherprograms.YouagreetoreproduceandincludethecopyrightnoticeasitappearsontheLicensed
