3、evelopedfortheidealizedcasewhereonlyradiativerecombinationoccursandwheretheIBhaszerowidth.ThemodelisusedtocomparetheperformanceofIBSCswheretheIB-regionisdopedtogetapartiallyfilledIB(prefilledIBSC)toIBSCswheretheIB-regionisnotdopedtopartiallyfilltheIB(photofilledIBSC).Numericalresultsshow

4、thataphotofilledIBSCcanachievehighefficiencieswhenoperatedunderconcentratedlight.Infact,forsomeparticularcases,aphotofilledcellwillperformbetterthanaprefilledcell.Theoptimaldegreeofprefilling,i.e.theratiooftheconcentrationofdopingatomstothetotalnumberofIB-states,isfoundforaparticularexamp
