3、ypesofquestionsaddressedinrecentanxietydisordersstudiesOverthepastseveraldecades,evidence-includethefollowing:basedtreatmentshaveemergedforeachDoesthefrequencyoftreatmentvisitsaffectoutcomeduringmajoranxietydisorder.Theseincludepsychologicaltreatment(Abr
4、amowitz,Foa,&Franklin,2003;primarilybehavioural,cognitive,andCraskeetal.,2006)?pharmacologicalapproaches.Inaddition,researcherscontinuetoAretheredifferencesintheeffectivenessofgroupversusdevelopnewwaysoftreatinganxietydisordersandtoimproveindividualthera
5、py(Anderson&Rees,2007;Mrtberg,Clark,onexistingtreatments.ThisarticlediscussesseveralnewandSundin,Åberg,&Wistedt,2007)?emergingtreatmentsforanxietydisorders,includingattentionalDoesmedication,cognitivebehaviouraltherapy(CBT),oratraining,virtualreality-bas
6、edtreatments,mindfulnessandcombinationoftheseapproachesleadtogreaterimprovementacceptance-basedstrategies,enhancementofexposureusing(Davidsonetal.,2004;Foaetal.,2005)?d-cycloserine,andtheapplicationofmotivationalinterviewingCanCBTbeusedtohelppatientsdisc
