3、ainingfillerhavebeendevelopedtopredictthedynamicsofthefoamformationsystem.Kineticparametersofthepolymerizationandblowingreactionfortheco-generationofcarbondioxideweredeterminedasnecessaryprecursorsforevaluationofthethermalmodel,assumingthefoamreactionkineticstobec
4、ontrolledbytherateofgenerationofcarbondioxide.Thedynamicsofthefoamprocessevaluatedintermsofthetemperaturespredictedagreewellwiththemeasuredexothermofthefoamgrowthprocessduringinitialfoamgrowth,butwithreactionatgelpoint,thepredictedtemperatureswerehigherthanexperim
5、entallydetermined.Mechanicalpropertiesoffoamandhenceitsqualityhavebeenrelatedtothedynamicsofthefoamformationsystem.Hightemperaturesthatfavourformationofthechemicalspecies–biuretandallophanatepromotesfoamofimprovedqualityinhardness.[NatureandScience2010;8(9):159-16
