2、affectingcivilunionsandwhilerespectingexistingsame-sexmarriages. IamhonouredtospeakfortheNewDemocraticPartyinthisdebate.OnaSaturdayafternooninSeptemberofthisyear,ChelseaUnitedChurch,justacrosstheOttawaRiveranduptheroadfromParliamentHill,wasfull.Itwasstandingroomonly.Manypeoplefr
3、omthiscorneroftheHousefromtheNDPcaucuswerepresent.ThatafternoonwewitnessedScottDalysaytoÉricHébert: Éric, YouandIhavetravelledtosomanyplaces,seensomanythings,experiencedsomanymilestonestogetherthatisdifficulttodescribeexactlywhatourjourneytogetherhascometomeantome.Inallofours
