5、nedonlybytheprefixCG,forcom-‘phagosomes’,organellesfromwhichimmuneprocessessuchasputedgene).Thephagosomecomponentswereclassified,identifying3microbialdestructionandantigenpresentationareinitiated.orthologuesinSaccharomycescerevisiae,Caenorhabditiselegans,Certainpathogenshaveevolvedmechanisms
6、toevadetheimmunemouseandhumans.Mammalianorthologueswereidentifiedforsystemandpersistundetectedwithinphagocytes,anditisthere-70%oftheDrosophilaphagosomeproteins(SupplementaryTableforeevidentthatadetailedknowledgeofthisprocessisessentialtoS1).Ofthe140proteinspreviouslyidentifiedinthemammaliana
7、nunderstandingofmanyaspectsofinnateandadaptiveimmun-phagosome,100(70%)hadorthologueswithintheDrosophila5–7ity.However,despitethecrucialroleofphagosomesinimmunity,phagosome,indicatingthatS2cellswereavalidsystemfromwhichtheircomponentsandorganizationarenotfullydefined.Heretoderiveamodelofphago
8、cytosis.wepresentasystemsbiologyanalysisofphagosomesisolatedProteomicanalysesofphagosomeshavebeenenlighteningbut10fromcellsderivedfromthegeneticallytractablemodelorganismhavelimitationswheninterpretedinisolation.First,thefalsenega-Drosophilamelanogasterandaddressthecomplexdynamicinter-tivera
