3、atorystudyontheinfluenceofcrushedfineaggregateontherheologicalproperties,i.e.,yieldstressandplasticviscosity,ofthemortarphaseofconcrete.Theeffectofgrading,particleshape,etc.ofthefineaggregateshasbeenevaluatedwiththeuseofaviscometersuitedforcoarseparticlesuspensions.Theeva
4、luationhasbeendoneatdifferentdosagesofsuper-plasticizerandpastevolumesbytheuseofaninertartificial‘‘cementpaste’’.Theresultsshowthatthepropertiesandamountoffineaggregatehaveastronginfluenceonthewaterdemandandworkabilityofthemortar,i.e.,therheology.Thelargeamountsoffinesofte
5、nfoundincrushedfineaggregateprimarilyincreasestheyieldstressofthemortar.Theamountoffinesalsocontributestotheplasticviscositybyincreasedinterparticlefriction.However,theresultsclearlyshowthattheparticleshapeofthefineaggregatestronglycontributestotheplasticviscosity.Theinfl
