1、华北科技学院毕业论文市场失灵的原因和对策探究【摘要】在世界经济持续波动，中国改革开放30多年，正面临改革攻坚阶段的时刻，本文作者通过对市场经济和市场失灵的理论的梳理以及对市场失灵的原因的探究，认为导致市场失灵的最重要的原因是外部性。针对导致市场失灵的不同原因，提出相应的政府干预、法律法规、道德调节、非政府组织协调等应对策略，并对每一种应对策略的优势、作用和局限性进行探讨。通过案例分析的形式，对2008年世界金融危机和市场失灵在中国的表现来对市场失灵及其应对策略进行具体描述。通过对案例的分析，最后
