1、毕业论文（设计）附件题目农村消防安全评价指标体系研究学号姓名系队消专业指导教师二○一○年五月本科论文(设计)摘要近几年，农村消防安全问题已成为一个日趋严峻的社会问题。建设良好的农村社会消防安全环境，是社会主义新农村建设的一项重要内容，也是全面实现小康社会宏伟目标的重要保障。人们也需要一套比较科学的指标体系来测评农村消防的发展。本文建立了一套农村消防安全评价指标体系，可以对农村消防发展水平进行综合量化评价，它不仅使被评价对象看到自己所处的位置，而且也会清醒地认识到发展中存在的矛盾、问题及其原因，进而提出

2、对策，为各级政府在消防工作方面的宏观决策提供科学的依据。在研究过程中，本文首先系统地分析了影响农村消防安全的各个因素，从灭火救援应急能力、消防管理及保障水平、消防安全环境、火灾预警防控、公众消防安全素质等五个一级指标考虑，建立了农村消防安全评价的指标体系。通过查阅相关的资料，确定了各级指标的评价因素和评分标准。运用专家打分计算出各级指标的权重。最后运用该方法对某镇农村消防安全进行了量化评价，实例研究表明该方法评价结果符合实际情况，且简便可行，具有较强的实际应用性，可以为农村消防安全评价提供切实可行的参
