1、武警学院本科毕业论文（设计）毕业论文（设计）题目落井人员救助方法研究学号姓名系队专业指导教师二○○八年六月本科毕业论文（设计）摘要在社会新形势下，消防部队既是保卫国家经济建设的主力军，也是维护社会稳定，保障人民生命财产安全的重要力量。近10多年来，我国消防部队正朝着多功能方向发展。为了适应消防部队的职能向多功能方向发展，公安消防部门加快了对专业救援队伍的建设，尤其是加强了消防特勤队伍的建设。消防部队开展抢险救援工作，抢救人民生命安全，进行民事救助服务，为人民安居乐业，创造了安全保障条件。但是，在消防部队的抢险救援工作中，对落井人员的救助一直是个难点。在救助过程中，只是摸索着尝试各种方法进

2、行临时的处置和应对，缺乏系统的理论指导，在一定程度上延缓了救助工作的进展。而且，当前的执勤业务训练中，大多数地方却未将此项纳入训练内容；只有北京市消防训练中心直属中队，针对机井救援特意增加新的训练科目，制造了专门救落井儿童的设备。本文归纳、分析了人员落井情况，阐述了落井事故的特点，分析、研究了落井人员救助的方法，并提出了落井人员救助的处置方案，从指导思想、救援器材准备、救援工作展开准备、确定救援方法等处置程序步骤进行分析和讨论，并就救援过程中注意事项做以了指出，提出了加强落井人员救助相关训练、演练，以提高救援行动效率的建议。关键词抢险救援;落井事故;救助;方法IV本科毕业论文（设计）Ab
