6、lsaregenerallyreducedinATAF1overexpressorsbutelevatedinataf1knockoutplants.Attheglobaltranscriptomelevel,genesaffectedbyATAF1arebroadlyassociatedwithenergyandcarbonstarvationresponses.Furthermore,transcriptionalresponsestriggeredbyATAF1largelyoverlapwithexpression
