1、当前企业成本管理的几点思考摘要摘要在世界金融危机爆发并波及到中国企业的特殊时期，国内企业面临着市场竞争激烈、行业利润低微的困境，部分国有企业存在着经营不利，难以扭亏的状况。形成这种局面，除客观上的原因及领导水平、资金局限等因素外，主要内在原因是经营决策不科学，成本意识不强，管理不到位，企业仍然停留在传统的计划经济的成本管理模式之中。传统的成本管理使企业普遍存在着物耗高、效率低、浪费大、效益差的现象，表明企业在成本管理方面突出存在着管理落后、观念陈旧、方法僵化等问题，使企业难以适应瞬息变化的市场经济，步履艰难。加强成本管理是建立科学、规范的企业内部管理制度，改变粗放型管理方
2、式的重要措施是提高企业经济效益的有效手段。因此，深化成本管理改革便成为一个突出而又迫切的问题。本文通过对当前企业成本管理工作的重要性及其现状进行阐述，从中找出企业在成本管理中存在的问题，进而给出应对这些问题的相关对策，以帮助企业克服传统成本管理的弊端，转变观念，通过在生产经营中采取科学、有效的成本管理方法，走出困境，健康发展并取得较好的经济效益。关键词：成本管理存在问题相关对策1ABSTRACTABSTRACTIntheworldfinancialcrisisspreadtothespecialperiodofChineseenterprises,domesticente
