3、nglaborpower.TheTHRPmethodhastwopurposes;thefirstistodeterminethemaximumloadingofprojectstheoriginallaborpowercancarry,andthesecondistoidentifytherangeoflaborpowerrequiredforexpectedprojectloadingsinthefuture.TheTHRPmethodincludesfourphases,namely,processreengineering,datapreparing,humanresourceal

4、location,andsimulation.UsingtheTHRPmethod,aconstructioncompanycannotonlydesignateam-basedorganizationalstructure,butalsoallocatehumanresourcesbasedoncross-functionalprocesses.Moreover,humanresourceutilizationsbeforeandafterCMPRcanbecomparedtoevaluatesavingsattributabletotheCMPR.Asaconsequence,opti
