4、;(f)beavailabletointerestedparties;and(g)bereviewedperiodicallytoensurethatitremainsrelevantandappropriatetotheorganization.4.3Planning4.3.1planningforhazardidentification,riskassessmentandriskcontrolTheorganizationshallestablishandmaintainproceduresfortheongoingid

5、entificationofhazards,theassessmentofrisks,andtheimplementationofnecessarycontrolmeasures.Theseshallinclude:-routineandnon-routineactivities;-activitiesofallpersonnelhavingaccesstotheworkplace(includingsubcontractorsandvisitors);-facilitiesattheworkplace,whetherpro

6、videdbytheorganizationorothers.TheorganizationshallensurethattheresultsoftheseassessmentsandtheeffectsofthesecontrolsareconsideredwhensettingitsOH&Sobjectives.Theorganizationshalldocumentandkeepthisinformationuptodate.Theorganization’smethodologyforhazardidentifica
