4、ysis(TG/DTA)techniques.TheresultingCoOOHwasusedasasensingmaterialinasemiconductortypeCOsensor.TheoptimumCOdetectionworkingtemperaturewasfoundtobe80◦C(S=6.7)inthisstudy,whiletheresponsetimewasshort(∼1min).CoOOHhasbetterresponsethanCoOat34lowtemperaturesandcandetec
