5、trolscheme,andaninteractivesystem-wideandlocalschemehavebeenproposedusingthosenewmethodsandtools.Asteadystatecontrolschemecanhelpdetectandpreventthepossiblecascadingoutageatitsinitialslowsteadystateprogressstage.Itusesnewmethodsandnewtoolstosolvethelineoverload,congestionorbushig
6、h/lowvoltageproblems.Newmethods,suchasvulnerabilityindex(VI),marginindex(MI),networkcontributionfactor(NCF),topologyprocessingandselectedminimumloadshedding(SMLS),andnewtools,suchastransmissionnetworkcontrolbasedonanetworkcontributionfactor(NCF)method,generatorcontrolbasedonagene
