3、Field”competitionandregulationdecadeswithahighimpactonglobalclimateandenvironmentalconditions.TheanswerisgridaccessoflargeamountsofNowadayswhendiscussingaboutsmartgrids,thesmartRenewableEnergySources(RES),e.g.windandsolardistributionsystemseemstohavethehighestpriorityinthetechnology.This,however,mak
4、esthepowersystemsmoregriddevelopment;howevertheothersystems–smartcomplexandconsequentlychangesthegridstructure:thelineargenerationandsmarttransmission–haveasimilarenergychain,consistingoflargecentralizedpowerplantwithimportanceinordertoefficientlydrivethewholegridintoaexcellentcontrolfeatures(“power
5、ondemand”),israpidlysmartpowersystem.WhenhighinvestmentsforgenerationbecomingacomplexpowermatrixwithDispersedGenerationsystemsaremadetosupplybulkpowertothedistribution(DG),ofwhichmanyareinstalledonmediumandevenlowlevel,thesmarttransmissionsystemisessentialtoavoidvoltagelevels.Suchagridstructuremustb
