1、总务科述职报告述职报告各位领导、同志们：大家好！我自任职以来在院领导的正确领导下，在全院职工的大力支持下，在科室同志的共同努力下，较好的完成院领导交给的各项工作任务。现就任职以来工作情况向各位领导及同志们做如下汇报：一、努力学习，不断提高自身素质和工作能力作为总务科长如何做好本职工作，带领全科同志一道完成各项工作，需要有一定的工作能力和管理水平，也需要自身素质的不断提高。因此，我平时注重相关法律法规的学习，关心时事政治，结合本职工作实际努力学习党的方针、政策,不断提高自己的管理能力和水平。总务科琐碎的工作比较多，但在医院开展的党员“创先争优”活动中，自己能挤时间积极参加院党委组织的学习及
