1、学校缺老师打报告篇一：关于解决我校学科教师紧缺问题的申请报告关于解决我校学科教师紧缺问题的申请报告河南县教育科技局：教师队伍是一所学校的主心骨，教师队伍的素质以及人员的配备，决定着学校教育教学质量提高的关键，决定着学校的荣辱兴衰。我校现有学生775名，18个教学班，现有教师50名，其中代课教师8名，地方特岗3名，为了公正、公平的安排课程，学校特成立课程设置领导小组，经领导小组研究决定，按国家课程设置标准为主，合理地进行课程安排，存在如下问题：我校现有的教师结构不合理，藏语文和数学教师有点多，汉语和英语教师较少，特别是体育、思品、美术、科学等学科教师十分紧缺，这样以来学生的综合能力得
