1、子公司财务整改方案篇一：财务中心检查整改报告财务中心检查整改报告根据深圳证监局《关于在深圳辖区上市公司全面深入开展规范财务会计基础工作专项活动的通知》（深证局发〔2010〕109号，以下简称《“通知》”）的要求，XXX公司（以下简称“公司”）认真、全面地开展了规范财务会计基础工作的自查活动，形成了《欣旺达电子股份有限公司关于开展规范财务会计基础工作专项活动自查报告》（以下简称“《自查报告》”）。2011年8月，公司开始对《自查报告》中列示的问题及不足之处进行整改完善，逐项落实整改措施。现公司完成了各项整改工作，将本次专项活动的开展情况、自查发现的问题及整改情况报告如下：一、规范财务会计基础
