1、专项整治自查自纠整改报告篇一：安全生产专项整治自查自纠报告安全生产专项整治自查自纠报告安监局：为了切实做好安全生产工作，认真落实好市安全生产专项整治会议精神，加大隐患的排查和整改，防止安全生产事故的发生，我厂对下属两个车间进行了安全检查，现将检查情况报告如下：一、基本情况5月16日市机械行业安全生产专项整治会议召开以后，我厂领导非常重视，立即召开全厂职工大会，传达了上级会议精神，决定对在全厂开展一次安全生产大检查进行了全面部署，认真进行了安全检查。5月17日各车间立即发动群众，查找隐患，落实整改措施，对车间存在的安全生产管理制度、岗位操作规程不健全、电器
