4、508),andourNEPAreviewauthorityunderSection309oftheCleanAirAct.EPAsupportsincreasingthedevelopmentofrenewableenergyresources,asrecommendedintheNationalEnergyPolicyActof2005.Usingrenewableenergyresourcessuchassolarpowercanhelpthenationmeetitsenergyrequ
5、irementswhilereducinggreenhousegasemissions.Toassistinthescopingprocessforthisproject,wehaveidentifiedseveralissuesforyourattentioninthepreparationoftheEIS.Wearemostconcernedaboutimpactstowaterresources,biologicalresources,andhabitat,aswellascumulati
