5、DUCTIONTherehavebeennumerousreportsonphysicalandchemicaltechniquesforthepreparationofnanoparticles.Theevaporationofmetalelementsinaninertgasatmosphereisaconventionalphysicalmethodofpreparation.Ontheotherhand,asonochemicalmethodmayprovideanadvancedtechnique.Recently,theauthorshaverep
6、ortedthatAu,Pd.andPtnanoparticleshavebeensuccessfullyproducedbythereductionofaqueoussolutionswithmetalionsusingultrasoundirradiation(1,2).Inthepresentstudy.asonochemicalmethodhasbeendevelopedtopreparebinarynoblemetalalloynanoparticlesbythesimultaneousreductionofamixtureofaqueoussolu
7、tionswithvariousconcentrationsofAu,Pd,orPtmetalions.Thenanoparticlecharacterizationwascarriedoutbytransmissionelectronmicroscopy.EXPERIMENTALAqueoussolutionsofNaAuC&,PdCl;?andK2PtC14wereprepared.andmixedwithdesignatedconcentrations.Somesurfaceactiveagentsofsodiumdodecylsulfateorwate
