4、llcontrast,hasstatedthegoalofestablishingclosertieswithAfricancountriesbyU.S.internationaleconomicassistanceseekingmutualbenefitforChinaandAfricannationsandbyfollowingapolicyoftotheregion.Accordingtosomenoninterferenceincountries’domesticaffairs.observers,China’sfor
