4、asabsoluteQCacceptancecriteriaforpurposesoflaboratoryaccreditation.1.0SCOPEANDAPPLICATION1.1Thismethodmaybeusedtodeterminetheconcentrationsofpolychlorinatedbiphenyls(PCBs)asAroclorsorasindividualPCBcongenersinextractsfromsolid,tissue,andaqueousmatrices
5、,usingopen-tubular,capillarycolumnswithelectroncapturedetectors(ECD)orelectrolyticconductivitydetectors(ELCD).TheAroclorsandPCBcongenerslistedbelowhavebeendeterminedbythismethod,usingeitherasingle-ordualcolumnanalysissystem,andthismethodmaybeappropriat
