3、arthegoodsforexport.Thistermmaybeusedirrespectiveofthemodeoftransportincludingmultimodaltransport.案例分析：我国某公司向日本出口30公吨甘草膏，CRF大阪，装运期为2006年2月25日之前，货物必须用集装箱装运。该公司在天津设有办事处，于是在2月上旬将货物运到天津，由天津办事处负责订箱装船，不料在货物在天津存仓后的第二天，仓库起火，甘草膏全部焚毁。办事处立即通知内地公司总部并要求尽快补发货物。结果该公司因货源不济，只好要求日商将信用证的有效期和装运期各延长15天。分析要点：我国外贸公司

4、比较习惯使用FOB、CFR、CIF，但是使用集装箱运输的情况下，“船舷”已无实际意义，应尽量使用FCA、CPT、CIP等贸易术语。如使用FCA内陆城市交货，不仅可以提前转移风险，还可以凭承运人签发的货运单据立即在当地银行结汇。CPT运费付至（……指定目的地）　　“运费付至（……指定地点）”是指卖方向其指定的承运人交货，但卖方还必须支付将货物运至目的地的运费。亦即买方承担交货之后一切风险和其他费用。　　“承运人”是指任何人，在运输合同中，承诺通过铁路、公路、空运、海运、内河运输或上述运输的联合方式履行运输或由他人履行运输。如果还使用接运的承运人将货物运至约定目的地，则风险自货物交
