3、esupportedbysurveyreportsissuedbyarecognizedsurveyorapprovedbytheSellers.Theclaim,ifany,shallbelodgedwithinxxdaysafterarrivalofthecargoattheportofdestination.ShippingweightandqualitytobecertifiedbyandsubjecttotheinspectioncertificateissuedbyTientsinCommodityInspectionBure

4、au.Quality/QuantityDiscrepancyandClaim:Incasethequalityand/orquantity/weightarefoundbytheBuyerstobenotinconformitywiththeContractafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,theBuyersmaylodgeclaimwiththeSellerssupportedbysurveyreportissuedbyaninspectionorganizationagreedu

5、ponbybothparties,withtheexception,however,ofthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyand/ortheshippingcompanyaretobeheldresponsible.ClaimforqualitydiscrepancyshouldbefiledbytheBuyerswithin30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,whileforquantity/weightdiscrepancycl

6、aimshouldbefiledbytheBuyerswithin15daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination.TheSellersshall,within30daysafterreceiptofthenotificationoftheclaim,sendreplytotheBuyers.商品检验的作用是商品买卖的一个重要环节，也是买卖合同中的一项重要条款各国法律的相关规定--我国--英国《1893货物买卖法案》（1979年修订）：买方在没有合理机会检验货物之前，不能认为他明示地通知

7、卖方他已接受货物--《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》（38条）：买方必须在按实际情况可行的最短时间内检验货物或由他人检验货物。如果合同涉及到货物运输，检验可推迟到货物到达目的地后进行共同的原则：1）除非双方另有约定，买方在接受货物前应有权检验2）买方对货物的检验权不是接受货物的前提条件a.如果买方没有利用合理机会检验货物，即表示自动放弃检验权b.合同约定排出了买方对货物的检验权检验时间和地点在出口国检验产地(工厂)检验装运港(地)检验---离岸品质/重量ShippingQuality/Weight对买方不利，否定买方复验权在进口国检验目的港
