4、requencydomainandareintroducedasalead-laganalysisofexistingtechniques,anoveldesignofpowersystemcompensator.TheparametersofCPSSaredeterminedbasedstabilizer(PSS)basedonheuristicdynamicprogramming(HDP)isproposedinthispaper.HDPcombiningtheconceptsofonthelinearizedmodeloft
5、hepowersystem.TohavethedynamicprogrammingandreinforcementlearningisusedintheCPSSprovidegooddampingoverawideoperatingrange,itsdesignofanonlinearoptimalpowersystemstabilizer.TheparametersneedtobefinetunedinresponsetobothtypesofproposedHDPbasedPSSisevaluatedagainstthecon
6、ventionaloscillations.Sincepowersystemsarehighlynonlinearsystems,powersystemstabilizerandindirectadaptiveneurocontrolbasedwithconfigurationsandparametersthatchangewithtime,thePSSundersmallandlargedisturbancesinasinglemachineCPSSdesignbasedonthelinearizedmodelofthepowe
